Happy Easter!

I don't have any egg photos or children in pink/purple clothes but I do have a cool shot from yesterday's Great Vigil Mass at one of our local vietnamese churches. It was a 3 hour mass from 9pm to a little past midnite. I really do not missing going to church... sighs.

Megan and Omar Married!

I apologize for not blogging in awhile, but I really really want to get back into it. So my transition will be a bit slow.

This is probably my only booked wedding for this year and it was awesome. The venue was great, coordinator was nice, and everything went smoothly. It felt like my 2nd shooter (Khiem Pham) and I had all the time in the world to capture everything. I guess after going to more than 20 weddings now, I can now say I'm pretty experienced so I know what shots to look for or try to get. I'm all about trying to capture the moments with the help of my 5Dmk1 and 5Dmk2 paired up with my favorite prime lenses.

Megan and Omar were awesome. If I wanted to do something they were down for it and their trust in my skills made it easy for me to shoot. Thanks for being so relaxed and happy, Megan and Omar!
